Japan Surfactant Industry Association (JSIA)

Japan Surfactant Industry Association (JSIA) is a organization consisted by producers of surface active agents and their formulated products in Japan. At present, the following 39 producers are joining to JSIA.
Beside JSIA, Japan Soap and Detergent Association (JSDA) is organized by producers of household products, which are biggest application field of surface active agents. We, JSIA, covers all industrial application fields other than household.
Each JSIA member company used to cooperate for supplyment safe and valuable products, by holding social responsibility, not only in Japanese domestic market but also in global market. JSIA is always open to collaborate with same overseas organization when it is necessary.
JSIA's present activities are as follows:
(A) to research statistic maket information in the field of surfactant industry
(B) to research safety data information for human health and environmental protection
(C) to educate young fellows of each member company, by setting original seminar about the necessary issues.
(D) to exchange information with regulator officers and to negotiate necessary policy
(E) the others
